  The 2024 SDA annual meeting will take place from Wednesday, October 16 to Friday, October 18 at the DeSoto Savannah Hotel, 15 Liberty Street, Savannah, GA 31401

  All paper/poster/session submissions must be made by 11:59pm CDT on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the following link: SDA Abstract Submissions.

  About Hotel Registration at Conference Rates

  Cutoff for conference rates is September 24:

  Conference Hotel: The DeSoto, Savannah, GA

  Cutoff date for booking at the discounted conference rate is September 24, 2024:

  • Students and government workers: Contact Jarron Saint Onge of the University of Kansas (jsaintonge@ku.edu), the local arrangements liaison for the conference, to arrange for hotel registration at lower rates for students and government rates for Federal Government Employees.

  • All other registrants: Conference hotel rate is $229 per night. To book at this rate, click this link and follow the directions that are there.

  Luncheon Plenary Sessions

  When you register, you are able to select one (or both, for an additional $25) luncheon plenaries to attend.
