About Hotel Registration at Conference Rates

Cutoff for conference rates is September 19:

• Students and government workers: Contact Kara Joyner at UT-San Antonio (kara.joyner@utsa.edu), the local arrangements liaison for the conference, to arrange for hotel registration at lower rates for students and government rates for government workers.
• All other registrants: Conference hotel rate is $229 per night.  To book at this rate click this link  and follow the directions that are there.
