A Sustaining Membership is available to those regular members who can afford to support SDA at a higher rate. The benefits of a Sustaining Membership include acknowledgement at the 2024 meeting and being listed in the Meeting Program.

The 2025 SDA annual meeting will take place from Wednesday, October 15 to Friday, October 17 at the Hilton Lexington Downtown, 369 West Vine St, Lexington, Kentucky.

Cutoff date for booking at the discounted conference rate is September 14, 2025:

The SDA conference hotel rate is $189 per night. To book at this rate, click this link and follow the directions.
Federal government workers: Contact Joseph Lariscy (jlariscy@tamu.edu), the local arrangements liaison for the conference, to arrange for hotel registration at lower rates for government rates for Federal Government Employees.
