Base fee:
  • A Sustaining Membership is available to those regular members who can afford to support SDA at a higher rate. The benefits of a Sustaining Membership include acknowledgement at the 2024 meeting and being listed in the Meeting Program.

    If you wish to contribute to SDA in addition to being a sustaining member, please go to the donations page on the SDA website.

The 2024 SDA annual meeting will take place from Wednesday, October 16 to Friday, October 18 at the DeSoto Savannah Hotel, 15 Liberty Street, Savannah, GA 31401

About Hotel Registration at Conference Rates

Cutoff for conference rates is September 24.

Rooms at the conference rate are not available for Saturday, October 19.

Rooms are STILL available for Wednesday, October 16 through Friday, October 18--the link sent earlier has been corrected to reflect this:

Cutoff date for booking at the discounted conference rate is September 24, 2024:

  • Government workers: Contact Jarron Saint Onge of the University of Kansas (jsaintonge@ku.edu), the local arrangements liaison for the conference, to arrange for hotel registration at lower rates for government rates for Federal Government Employees.
  • All other registrants: Conference hotel rate is $229 per night. To book at this rate, click this link and follow the directions that are there.

Luncheon Plenary Sessions

When you register, you are able to select one (or both, for an additional $50) luncheon plenaries to attend.
