Waterfront Place Hotel (info and conference booking at $134/night)
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for SDA at the conference rate. They will not be available after October 5, and supply could run out before that.

Book early if you want the conference rate. Federal govt employees may call the hotel directly to reserve a limited number of federal government rate rooms.

Update 6 Sep: There are no more rooms available at the conference rate on Friday night. Given the WVU football schedule, it’s best if you do not plan to stay over Friday night if you haven’t already made lodging arrangements. Click HERE for more details.

Update 6 Oct: The conference hotel is sold out every night of the SDA conference. They recommend the Courtyard Marriott, which is a 5 or 10 minute drive away. Courtyard has a shuttle that will bring conference participants to the Waterfront Marriott. Other hotels within walking distance include the Chestnut Hotel.
